Yes Wellness Club is excited to announce its upcoming yoga retreat, Freedom In Movement, in collaboration with Farah Ehsan. The retreat will be based at Ecolozen/The Wind Farm, Dahab. The retreat will feature two yoga sessions per day, focusing on Hatha Vinyasa in the mornings and restorative and grounding practices in the evening.
The retreat will also include outdoor walking/hiking excursions, as well as amazing healthy food prepared by the one and only Chef Ozo.
The retreat will take place primarily at Ecolozen, a premier eco-lodge offering two accommodation options: en-suite hotel rooms or high-end bungalows. This seaside eco-lodge is situated a short drive away from the Dahab boardwalk, and includes a lovely private beach as well as a sea-view terrace perfect for yoga.
There are 6 en-suite rooms and 3 bungalows available and 1 suite, all of which can be booked on a double occupancy basis for this retreat, while the suite can take up 4 people.
The en-suite has its own bathroom, while the bungalows have a shared bathroom.
Freedom In Movement is suitable for all levels.

Freedom in Movement will take place from Thursday, November 19th - Monday, November 23rd, at Ecolozen in Dahab.
The entire space will be reserved specifically for this yoga retreat.

About Farah Ehsan
Farah is a certified Yoga Teacher 200hr RYT, and Functional Range Conditioning®️ Mobility Specialist. She’s an advocate of yoga and functional movement for our real modern life.
Farah will help you find a state of flow in your yoga practice - a strong moving meditation.
With 600+ hours of teaching experience, Farah’s teaching is fun and energetic, following the lineage of her teachers Mathieu Boldron, Ambra Vallo, Dr Andrea Spina and Adell Bridges. She’s been practicing yoga for 8 years and is registered with US Yoga Alliance.
She's also been featured twice on BBC News for organizing online yoga during the pandemic, and for advocating for the UN International Day of Sport for Peace and Development.
PACKAGE INFORMATION
All packages are calculated on a per person rate, factoring in that all rooms must be booked on a double occupancy basis. While signing up, you'll have the opportunity to determine your roommate. If you do not determine a roommate, we will allocate one for you instead. Early-Bird Registration is open until midnight on Monday, October 26th. General Registration will be open until rooms are filled. Kindly note that in our past retreat all rooms sold out within the first three days of the Early-Bird Registration hours, so make sure to sign up quickly.
