This November, we are proud to bring to you Yes Yoga Day, the first yoga event combating violence against women. Yes Yoga Day will be organised with the aim of empowering women (and men) to combat violence against women, promoting gender equality and the human right to safety and security, and raising awareness of how to effectively combat violence against women.
Yes Wellness Club and Ghalya - an initiative by ALEXBANK - are partnering up to organise the Yes Yoga Day, a full-day impact event bringing together top yoga instructors and participants to combat violence against women.
All proceeds from Yes Yoga Day will be proudly donated to ACT (Appropriate Communication Techniques for Development Center), a non-governmental organisation established in 1990. The organisation's fields of activity include Democracy and Community Development, Gender, Human Rights, Research, and Youth & Education.
DATE & LOCATION
The Yes Yoga Day will take place on Saturday, November 7th at 12:00 pm at Nine Pyramids Lounge and will feature sessions led by top yogis Diala Jamaleddin & Farah Ehsan.
